Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist for our Auburn Hills, MI office.

*Job Responsibilities* * Processing of AP invoices for job costing, overhead, expense reimbursements, and entering against purchase orders into accounting software(Vista) * Reconcilement of invoices in system to vendor statements * Communicate with vendors on payment inquiries and any account issues *Education Requirements* * High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
*Experience* * Minimum of two (2) years of accounts payable experience (preferably in Construction Industry a plus) * Experience with integrated accounting software systems.
* Experience in Viewpoint Vista is preferred.
* Ability to resolve discrepancies quickly.
* Strong capability to work independently in a faced-paced environment.
* Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.
00 - $60,000.
