Start your future with BorgWarner now! Job purpose Join the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) group in controlling BorgWarner’s Corporate functions expenses and supporting the related functional reporting: Budget, Forecast and Actuals.
Executive reporting to Corporate functional leaders on monthly financial results, Forecast updates, consolidated BorgWarner Corporate expenses, preparation of monthly Corporate Earning Call package.
Support and maintain reports in OneStream.
Support ad-hoc reporting requests.
Key responsibilities Monthly reporting of Actual, Forecast results of the Corporate Functions Expenses to executive leadership, including Consolidation of inputs from the Corporate Functions, OneStream load, consolidation and reports, Support in Management reporting, Support ad-hoc reporting requests.
What we’re looking for Dynamic individual who is keen to learn and grow in the WHQ FP&A organization, interacting with Corporate Functional Vice Presidents and Executives.
This position would be longer-term opening for the right candidate who has bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Seeking someone with attention to detail, ability to document, collaborative attitude with Corporate functions, and comfortable interacting at all levels of the corporation.
Must have experience with PowerPoint, Word, and thorough knowledge of Excel.
Prior experience in dealing with: Collaborating with functions and reporting units on monthly deliverables Coordinate Budget cycle Executive reporting of monthly results with detailed analysis and commentaries Coordination on Budgeting/forecasting to ensure deliverables are submitted by functions on time and presenting the results to the Executive leadership with detailed analysis.
Reporting by cost centers and functions Good at focused listening, finding common ground and getting cooperation Project assignments and partner with consultants Experience with SAP and HFM/OneStream Excellent communications skills Ability to function independently with minimal supervision What we believe Inclusion-We value diversity in people, ideas, and experiences.
