:
The Accountant I will be responsible for the timely process of all check requests, reviewing and processing vendor invoices, employee expenses, and credit card reports.
This person would also work on Month End accruals to provide support for the Accounting team.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Printing out check requests and invoices, verifying they have the correct approval levels
Posting documents in the Loan Vision System
Cutting checks
Processing Month- End accruals
Answering phones when needed
Working closely to collaborate with other teams
Periodic overtime is required
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Must Have Qualifications:
1-2 years of Accounting Experience
1+ years of mortgage experience
Bachelor Degree in Accounting
Advanced level knowledge of Excel including Pivot Tables & V-Lookups
Strong sense of urgency in meeting deadlines
This role requires onsite attendance
