Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

*MetroEHS is seeking a highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for work at one of our Metro Detroit Therapy Clinics!* *Location: In-Person, MetroEHS Bloomfield Hills Therapy Center* *Pay Range: $62,800 - $81,884 DOE* *Full-Time: 40-45 hours per week* *Qualified Candidates will:* * *Board Certification:* Possession of current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
* *State Licensure:* Licensed in the State of Michigan to practice Behavior Analytics.
* *Education:* A master's degree or higher from an accredited program, specializing in behavior analysis, education, or psychology.
* Experience working with children is a plus! *As a BCBA at MetroEHS:* Join us in playing a pivotal role by designing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans for children with special needs.
Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, including Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Physical Therapists, to provide comprehensive care under one roof.
Utilize your expertise in conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior support plans, and overseeing the implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions.
