Hello there!
We are selling our Frankenstein, 2012 Mercedes-Benz GLK350, 4Matic.
Even though he may appear awkward to the eye, he has a good heart and soul, is fearless and loyal!
(And he has a green title!)
The awkward:
He underwent some surgery after having a light front collision (that did not trigger the airbag).
The white parts (fenders, bumper and hood) are actually from a 2010 GLK.
I never got around painting those parts, but a pint of silver spray paint color comes with the car.
The front grill however was replaced in 2021.
Beginning of 2023 a deer decided to kill itself by running into the rear left side of the car.
We pulled the sheet metal out as good as possible, but the dent is clearly visible.
The deer disintegrated completely on the field next to the road .

Unfortunately, I have to report rust at the right front fender, some paint that came off the hood, some chrome flaking off.

The good heart and soul:
The engine has almost 95k miles on it, and it is running perfectly fine.
I did all the engine oil changes on time - using only Castrol or Mobile 1, approved for MB, full synthetic.
Repairs 2023:
- Rear brakes (rotors + pads), rear brake lines, rear springs and rear shocks.
Brake fluid flush
- Transmission fluid flush.
- Windshield replacement
- Tires, Pirelli P-Zero, built mid 2019, purchased new from Tire Rack in 2023 and mounted by Discount Tire.
- Secondary air pump replaced
Please be aware that the tires currently mounted are pure summer tires!! They help give this car the smoothest drive, ever!
But: they will not grip well on snow at all.

In the 3.
5 years we had it, this car was completely reliable.
It is boxy, easy to get in and out, has great sight all around.
It was mostly driven by my wife and she would take it 9 out of 10 times over the other cars we have.
