The Nanny League is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced *FULL-TIME, LIVE-OUT NANNY* to join a beautiful blended family in Oxford, MI.
This role is perfect for a candidate who cherishes long-term commitments and is eager to become part of a family's journey for more than a year.

*Hours:*
* Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
* Flexibility for occasional late evenings as required.
*Responsibilities:*
* Engaging children in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
* Managing daily routines including meals, naps, and playtime.
* Keeping play areas tidy and organized, and handling children's laundry.
* Providing safe and reliable transportation to activities and programs.
* Contributing to the family’s pet care by ensuring the family dog is well-cared for.
*Who You Are:*
* An enthusiastic individual with a love for organizing daily activities and creating a structured environment for children.
* A nurturing caregiver who is skilled in fostering young minds and encouraging exploration and learning.
* Someone with a vibrant spirit, ready to take on the adventure of helping raise two young children, ages 2.

*Compensation and Benefits:*
* Competitive hourly rate of $25 to $30, based on experience.
* Comprehensive benefits package including paid time off and additional compensation during family vacations.
