Responsibilities: - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool-aged children - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities - Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment - Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations - Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's development and any concerns Requirements: - Previous experience in childcare, preschool, or related field (e.

, babysitting, nannying) - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to manage behavior effectively and promote positive discipline techniques - Understanding of child development milestones and the ability to adapt teaching strategies accordingly - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team - Certification in early childhood education or a related field is preferred but not required We offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
