Silver bullion @ spot (Howell)

I'm looking for a local buyer on the future sales of some bullion.
Because of shops not wanting to pay spot and "us" having to pay premiums on top of that I figure this to be the best route.
I want no more, or less than spot so if you're in the market and know your silver/can test, we can keep in touch and I'll let you know every time I'm looking to unload.
Not sure on how soon or long before I'll be selling but it would be mainly in kilo form.
