We are seeking technology game changers to lead the digital transformation to this new world of automotive technology with a focus on the customer experience.
As a member of the SWX Basic Software Organization at Stellantis, the candidate will be responsible for the development & integration of the embedded software running on the target platforms for In-vehicle Infotainment, instrument clusters, etc.
The primary duties will include the development and integration of Infotainment operating systems such as Android OS, QNX, Linux etc.
The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of modern Infotainment and Telematics systems and embedded software development experience on Automotive Systems and will have real world experience integrating infotainment operating systems and building services on top of said operating systems.
Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related degree field
A minimum of 5 years of experience working in embedded software development
Working experience building and integrating Infotainment services on top of Operating Systems such as Android OS, QNX and/or Linux or similar
Software development experience using C++ (11/14/17)
Experience working with Yocto, Linux, Hypervisors, Dockers, QEMU, etc
Hands on experience building embedded automotive infotainment systems using Android OS, Linux, QNX
Preferred Qualifications:
Master of Science degree from an ABET accredited university
Experience working within an Agile/Scrum software development process
Familiarity of Automotive Product Development Process like ASPICE, V-model
Team player, self-motivated and drive for results
Good communication skills and the ability to interface with requirement engineers, vehicle integration and validation engineering organizations
