Front Office Associate

*\*\*\*Weekend availability required\*\*\** *\*\*\*NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, Paid Training\*\*\** *\*\*\*Year-Round Operating Hours\*\*\** Kensington Valley Ice House is searching for individuals, with a strong work ethic and desire to learn, to join our team in the Front Office.
*Schedule (Part-Time):* * Weekday Evening (Must be available to start by 3pm, Typically 3pm-11pm shift, closing times vary) * Weekend Morning (Typically 7am-3pm) and Afternoon (Typically 2pm-10pm) * Limited weekday morning shifts available * All shift times are subject to change based on the ice schedule.
The above listed times are close or the same as a typical shift.
* _Weekend and weeknight availability is a must.
_ *Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:* * Answering phones * Processing payments * Filing paperwork * Light Cleaning and Sanitizing * Distribution of locker room keys * Assisting customers * Various tasks assigned by management.
* Execution of public sessions *Requirements:* * _*\*\*\* 18+ Years of age \*\*\**_ * _*\*\*\* Weekend and weeknight availability is a must \*\*\**_ * Customer Service skills * Time Management Skills * Organizational skills * Ability to multitask * Phone etiquette * Reliable *We are looking to fill the position as soon as possible.
