This talented & dynamic Supervisor will use their passion for discovery to add creativity and originality to the way they deliver unique and personalized experiences to guests and associates alike.
They are relationship builders, continually nurturing and expanding their networks to the local.
As you’re greeting guests courteously and professionally in all Front Desk Supervisory related functions you will be maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality.
So we are looking for someone who understands how to deliver and teach those around them how to maintain high standards of service and hospitality.
This is a very hands-on position.
You will be performing all front desk duties and additional supervisory duties ensuring that all GSR’s are maintaining high levels of brand and customer service.
Full time opportunity with excellent benefit package.
No matter what position you are in, there are a few things that are critical to success while working with Concord Hospitality – making sure you have a safe work environment, following company policies and procedures, ensuring your uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintaining confidentiality, complying with quality assurance standards, and protecting company assets.
You will be on your feet and moving around for an extended period of time and taking a hands-on approach to your work.
You may need to assist guests with packages and language so lifting objects weighing 30 plus pounds without assistance may occur.
Doing all these things well (and other things that come your way) is the foundation of the job.
