Front Desk Receptionist

Galper Eye Center has been an independent optical practice serving the metro Detroit region since 1994.

Main Responsibilities: * Greeting and signing in patients * Optical tasks such as but not limited to: * screening patients * checking in glasses * verifying and submitting insurance * Administrative tasks such as but not limited to: * managing appointments * preparing files Requirements: * At least a high school diploma or equivalent * Availability Saturday mornings * Customer service experience * A cheery disposition * Willingness to learn Job Type: Part-time Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
