Customer Service Representative

Airtech Controls LLC, an industrial distributor, has an immediate opening for a full-time Customer Service Representative who will manage customer requirements through calls and email.
Previous experience, while a plus, is not necessary.
*Main Job Functions:* ·Respond to customer’s questions and requirements · Enter quotes and orders in management system · Liaison between manufacturer and customer · Assist sales team *Skills:* · Ability to work both independently and cooperatively · Able to learn and apply multiple policies and procedures accurately · Ability to multi-task and quickly address needs · Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs Salary: $17-$18 per hour AirTech offers a competitive benefit package including medical, dental, disability, life and 401(k) plans.
