As an Automotive Customer Service Representative, you will coordinate the purchasing and/or rental process for competitive vehicles and manage a fleet of vehicles for their complete lifecycle.
Competitive Vehicle Scheduler Responsibilities include:
• Coordinate with the Engineering team to plan upcoming budgets and purchases.
• Facilitate vehicle ordering and acquisition through purchasing software systems.
• Receive, inspect, weigh, and plate new vehicles/rentals.
• Track usage of the vehicle fleet.
• Request both domestic and international shipments.
• Run both monthly and quarterly inventory reports.
• Submit paperwork for vehicle disposals going to scrap or auction.
• Conduct lot audits as requested.
• Attend meetings, field questions, and concerns.
• Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.
Competitive Vehicle Scheduler Qualifications and Skills:
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be customer service oriented.
• Must have exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Must be a reliable team player.
• 1-year customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook applications is preferred.
