Responsibilities include servicing customers by phone calls/emails/texts, addressing questions regarding specific vehicle information, suggesting vehicles that fit the customer's needs/wants, and demonstrating vehicles to customers in person.
Good phone skills, data entry, and demonstration of product knowledge required.
This position offers hourly pay PLUS a weekly bonus plan.
*Responsibilities:*
- Conduct calls/text/emails to customers to assist and support the buying process
- Analyze customer needs/wants and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction when needed
- Maintain a clean professional working environment and product inventory
*Qualifications:*
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrate excellent vehicle and product knowledge
- Valid Driver License with clean driving record
