*Job Duties for Japanese English Bilingual Customer Service Representative / Sales Support:*
- Provide excellent customer service to clients visiting the office
- Create various documents such as invoices, contract agreements, registrations, transfers, etc pertaining to client needs
- Arrange schedules for maintenance and pick ups
- Research and provide information
- Record data using company software and Microsoft office
- Communicate and share information with the sales team
- Other miscellaneous tasks
*Requirements for Japanese English Bilingual Customer Service Representative / Sales Support:*
An ideal candidate for this position is someone who speaks, reads, and writes Japanese at a business level, and can also conversate in basic level English, as well as someone who goes up and beyond for their clients and their team.
Clerical experience is a plus.
Work Hours are 30 hours per week _\*May include weekends.
