ATA National Title Group is seeking a motivated team player to join our Bloomfield Hills team as a Customer Service representative.
Ideal candidate must be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

*Job Duties include:* * Processing title orders in company’s production system * Answering phones * Monitoring the office shared email folder and handling various requests from lenders, realtors, and other customers * Assist with some pre-processing on closing files *Qualifications and Skills:* * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to reliably meet deadlines and demonstrate consistent follow through * Takes pride in quality work * Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook * Prior title company experience preferred, but not required *Benefits:* ATA National Title group offers a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.
