As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping and Packaging Specialist/Customer Service Representative to join our team.

*Position Overview: *As a Shipping and Packaging Specialist/Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are packaged securely and shipped efficiently to our customers.
You will be responsible for preparing orders for shipment and selecting appropriate packaging materials.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service as well as being organized and reliable.

*Responsibilities:*
* Package products according to company standards to ensure safe transit
* Label packages accurately and prepare necessary shipping documentation
* Inspect outgoing packages to ensure quality and accuracy
* Maintain inventory of packaging materials and reorder supplies as needed
* Communicate with internal teams to prioritize shipments and meet deadlines
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and/or email in a timely and professional manner
* Assist customers with order placement, tracking, modifications, and returns
* Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues with empathy and efficiency
* Build rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and loyalty
* Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed
*Qualifications:*
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in shipping, packaging, or warehouse operations preferred
* Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Empathy, patience, and a customer-centric mindset
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
* Basic computer skills for printing labels and updating records
* Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 25 pounds
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
