ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support an Insurance Agent in their day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing client meetings, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and maintain the insurance agent's calendar and schedule
Make travel arrangements and handle expense reports
Answer phone calls and emails and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Prepare and send out correspondence, reports, and other documents
Organize and prepare materials for client meetings and presentations
Manage and update client databases and files
Assist with marketing and promotional activities
Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders
Perform other administrative tasks as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
