Customer Care Representative

We are currently looking for a Customer Care Representative: *Key Responsibilities:* · Communicates effectively with customers on orders, requests, and related needs · Uses effective customer service techniques to identify customer needs to support their operations · Coordinates with various departments to ensure products are available for timely delivery · Provide exceptional customer care through communication both internally and externally in a timely manner · Process customer orders, create shipping documents, and trouble shoot customer concerns · Pro-actively manage shipping and delivery with transportation and shipping departments · Maintains and updates customer info in ERP system related to customer requirements · Achieve monthly KPI goals as outlined by management *Qualifications:* · High School Diploma or equivalent required · Confident and driven individual with excellent customer service and communication skills · Quick learner – Has the ability to learn new systems, products, and services · One year of sales customer service and/or equivalent transferrable skills · Proficient in Microsoft Office · ERP experience preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.
