Customer Support Specialist

_Pure Energy Window Company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to add to their exceptional team! You will be responsible for recording and documenting interactions, problems, and resolutions within our customer database.
Work with customers to resolve any issues, following protocols__.
_ *What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?* * Manage operational support functions for all areas of the company * Form collaborative working relationships with customers, installers and internal team members * Follow a combination of routine procedures and troubleshooting techniques to ensure customers and all documentation is up to date and recorded properly * Responsible for timely communication to the internal team of any installation obstacles or delays that require escalation to request customer support *What are the requirements needed for this position?* * High School diploma * 2-3 years of experience in Customer Relations, plus is in service industry, but not required *What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?* * Experience in customer service * Excellent time management skills * Excellent organizational skills * Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines while providing quality results * Positive proactive, customer service attitude * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Excellent listening skills * Team player * Microsoft suite experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.
00 - $52,000.
