We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
You will communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their satisfaction.

Responsibilities: * Be the first line of contact for satellite offices and patient inquiries * Manage inbound calls from existing patients and staff in a friendly and professional manner * Listening to patients’ concerns and handling complaints * Giving detailed explanations of Health Care Benefits and Statement Questions * Processing payments from staff and patients * Working with the Billing Department team to resolve complaints or questions * Reviewing customer accounts, transactions or payments while resolving issues * Communicating with Management on areas of improvement for Company Protocols * Communicate benefits information to patients * Maintains the strictest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and clinic requirements.
* Obtain information about patient insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility.
* Perform other responsibilities as needed or required.
Skills: * Requires a high school diploma or GED.
* Requires knowledge of health insurance benefits and application of the same.
Such as; co-payments, deductibles, co-insurance, out-of-pocket maximums, etc.
* Skilled in the use of computers.
Including; the ability to utilize spreadsheets, the ability to navigate the internet and websites and basic use of a calculator.
* Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding practices and procedures.
* Ability to work effectively with co-workers as a team member * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong phone etiquette and ability to communicate clearly and effectively * Proficiency in English (verbal and written) * Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet * Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers * Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team Preferred Skills: - Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have the skills required for this role, we encourage you to apply.
