*Job summary: *This position is very important to the hospital.
You are often the first voice the client hears and the last face they see.
You are expected to provide a quality client experience by managing the schedule and communications throughout the hospital.
Cash handling and client account management are other important pillars to this job.
Keeping accurate records is vital.
Empathy, attention to detail, and a calm/friendly demeanor are musts for this job.
*Duties:*
* Maintain a positive, calm, clean lobby/exam rooms
* Answer phones and greet clients
* Answering/forwarding emails
* Direct client questions/requests to the right person
* Schedule appointments properly to maintain a productive flow in the hospital
* Keep accurate notes of client communications
* Maintain accurate and up to date patient and client medical records(address, vaccines, referral hospital notes, phone numbers, emails, etc)
* Ensure invoicing and financial activity accuracy
* Send out appointment reminders and review requests
* Receive and send faxes
* Respond/forward emails
* Receive/forward mail and packages
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.
00 - $18.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
