Primary duties include interacting with members and processing member requests and transactions, offering credit union products and services whenever appropriate, researching and resolving member problems and maintaining/monitoring phones, chat, email and social media.
Candidates must possess strong communication/interpersonal skills and the ability to promote a positive team atmosphere.
