Truly Essential, the makers of True Hydration®, True Glow® and Cellular® drinks is looking for a VIP Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
In this role you will provide exceptional customer service that goes above and beyond the expectations of our clients.
You will help answer questions, process order requests, and help plan/manage local events.
The ideal candidate will have an energetic personality and have high attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our clients
Must be knowledgeable of our products, promotions and events.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online chat
Be familiar with and communicate commission structure to our clients
Manage order entry email account to process sample requests from clients
Assist with events as needed
Update and maintain all event log sheets (check in, limo, hotel, etc.
)
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in high end customer service field preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Business to Customer Sales experience preferred.
Strives to meet targets and deadlines.
Appetite to deliver service levels above and beyond expectations.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Willing and able to work non-traditional business hours.
