As a Customer Service Representative at Sheridan Agency LLC, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to answer questions, provide information, and address concerns.
Additionally, you will assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and maintaining accurate customer records.
Our ideal candidate is a friendly and outgoing individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
You should have a strong customer service mindset, a positive attitude, and a desire to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Answer customer inquiries and address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
- Assisting customers with placing orders, processing returns, and handling product inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information as necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly
