Policies Handling: Process policy changes, renewals, and payments efficiently and accurately.
Claims Assistance: Assist clients with filing insurance claims, guiding them through the process with empathy and professionalism.
Documentation Management: Maintain organized records of client interactions, policies, and claims for easy reference.
Client Education: Educate clients on insurance coverage options, policy details, and potential discounts to help them make informed decisions.
Requirements Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry.
