Job Description:
The Customer Loyalty Representative will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Customer Loyalty Representative will be responsible for:
Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Creating sales and service request
Resolving customer complaints and issues
Providing product and service information to customers
Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
Maintaining customer records and updating customer information in the database
Inventory knowledge, Maintain proper stocking levels of parts and supplies.
Perform monthly counts.
Deliver Supplies locally as needed
Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Must pass Government approved Background Check
The Customer Loyalty Representative must have excellent Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge to maintain accurate records and reports.
The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
The Customer Loyalty Representative must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
