Boyne Resorts is looking for a high-energy candidate to join our Boyne Rewards loyalty Program team.
This person will continue the tradition of excellent guest service and creating lasting memories for each guest.

Projects will be iterative in nature and subject to many revisions, reconsiderations, additions, deletions, and changes that will need to be taken in stride and financially modeled to test and confirm impacts.

Responsibilities:
Works with a CRM(Spell out) program to manage all customers’ needs.
Daily phone communication with external and internal guests.
Post missing points to customer accounts.
Facilitate membership enrollments.
Member account maintenance.
Manages and creates gift cards.
Limited website work.
Answer phones and emails as they come in.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
1 - 2 years of customer service experience is required.
Excellent writing skills to write product descriptions, chat online with customers and respond to emails.
Highly developed verbal communication, and interpersonal and organizational skills.
