Client Support Specialist
Position Overview
Firebolt is seeking Client Support Specialist to join our dynamic Iconex team, providing exceptional support to our clients in various settings, including trade shows, concerts, and through remote channels such as email and phone.
The ideal candidate will excel in communication, possess organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Responsibilities
Review and validate customer reporting.
Manage hardware and equipment requests including hardware and software configuration (of Firebolt platform).
Coordinate shipping and tracking of all items in accordance with established procedures.
Assist with the design, development, and implementation of survey research projects.
Maintain support website and Help Desk documentation.
Provide support to senior survey programmers and project managers.
Provide technical support and assistance to users of our software application via phone, email, and in-person (onsite/at event).
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the application.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the production of reports, event operations and data analysis.
Knowledge and experience working within the suite of Microsoft Office and Google products with particular focus in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with application support or technical support is a plus.
Comprehensive knowledge of experiential marketing and trade shows.
Power BI: Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and analysis is advantageous.
Adobe Skills: Proficiency in PhotoShop for editing and creating visual content as needed.
Familiarity with web development principles and technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous.
An understanding of version control systems such as Git is beneficial, although not mandatory.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to set and organize work priorities and adapt to them as they change frequently.
Must be able to work concurrently on a variety of tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment with occasional tight deadlines.
The willingness and ability to travel to various events (10%) to provide customer/program support as needed.
Weekend travel may be required.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
Must possess the ability to comply with Firebolt policies and procedures.
