Fitness Coach/ Monitor (Wixom)

I am looking to hire a personal fitness coach/sponsor.
I need someone who will guide me through my fitness journey and most importantly keep me on track with my goals.
This will mean daily check ins, motivation, and if needed physically attending workout sessions for support/guidance.
My coach will also be responsible for keeping me on track with meal plans & dieting.
This position will require my coach to be a mix of motivational coach & drill sergeant.
I will be paying a flat rate of $100 a week and a rate of $50 per hour for training sessions & in person meetings.
For the hiring process I will require at least 1 face time meeting & consult, 1 in person meeting, a resume/fitness experience, background check, questionnaire, signing of employment contract, and NDAs.
Those with military experience or personal training experience will go to the front.
This contract term will be for 5 months initially.
