* All-Time Bounce, the highest-rated party rental company in Southeast Michigan, is seeking a reliable and motivated Party Equipment Delivery and Set-Up Assistant to join our team.
In this role, you will work closely with our drivers to deliver and set up party equipment, including inflatables, tents, tables, chairs, and concession machines.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting, but also has a keen attention to detail and can follow instructions without direct guidance.
Responsibilities: * Drive truck and trailer to deliver party equipment to customers * Set up and take down party equipment (mostly inflatables) with the assistance of a delivery helper * Inspect equipment for damages and cleanliness and report any issues to the management team * Maintain accurate delivery records * Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner * Ensure safety procedures are followed during the delivery and set-up process * Ensure efficient delivery and set-up of equipment to maximize productivity and meet delivery deadlines Qualifications: * Physically capable and able to lift heavy equipment (up to 75 pounds) * Must be 21 years of age or older * Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team * Reliable transportation to and from work * Availability to work weekends, as this is when our services are most in-demand * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions without direct guidance * Positive and friendly attitude with a customer-focused approach * Ability to comfortably drive a truck and trailer (we can train you!)
