Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Food provided ```Duties``` - Safely operate a bus or van to transport passengers to their destinations - Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely arrival and departure - Provide excellent customer service to passengers, assisting with boarding, fare collection, and answering questions - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of passengers and pedestrians - Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, conducting routine inspections and reporting any maintenance issues - Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other drivers to coordinate schedules and address any issues that may arise ```Requirements``` - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Previous experience as a van or bus driver preferred - Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with passengers - Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations - Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus - Experience in school bus driving or paratransit is highly desirable - Mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle maintenance is a plus Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
