We are looking for prospective candidates with varying levels of experience that would like to join MI's largest beer distributor.
Driver will be making deliveries to accounts and providing customer service.
High volume routes have assigned help.
Company: Premium Distributors of MI Position Title: Delivery Driver – Class A CDL • Drivers home daily (start and end at distribution center).
No overnight stays required.
• Set schedule Tuesday – Friday shifts starting at 6:00 am (working until route complete) with weekends off • New well maintained modern fleet of tractors and trailers with all automatic transmission • Earn up to $60,000 in 1st year earnings Benefits: • Comprehensive benefits and retirement package Pay Transparency Statement: The compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting.

This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
Position Summary: Responsible for the safe operation of company equipment and timely, courteous delivery of product to our customers.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle Use Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck Maneuver vehicle and equipment in congested areas with limited space and potential obstacles Unload and deliver products to our customer utilizing various methodologies that may include manual conveyors, carts, or pallets in multi-temperature environments Provide exceptional customer service to consumers and store personnel Complete delivery and pick up paperwork Pick up returned product as required Collect company assets to include payments, carts, pallets, etc.
Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle Complete company training and certifications as required Effectively communicate and maintain contact with shift supervisor, dispatch, and/or co-workers Other projects or duties as assigned Qualifications: Required Skills and Experience: Must be at least 21 years of age Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Must have at least 1 year Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military Must have and maintain an acceptable driving record in compliance with DOT requirements Must be able to lift products from 25 lbs.
to 50 lbs.
on a regular basis Must be able to pass a post-offer background, DOT Physical and drug test Preferred Skills and Experience: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Customer service experience Experience with a handheld ordering device and working in a multi-temperature environment Stocking, product handling, local delivery, or unloading experience Foodservice distribution, grocery store, or beverage delivery experience Physical Demands and Work Environment: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
