Kia Concierge/Delivery Specialist

Feldman Kia of Novi is looking to hire a Concierge/Delivery specialist.
This persons mission statement is to insure the after sale is an amazing experience.
They will need to learn the ins and outs of Kia's technology in their new vehicles and be able and willing to completely explain these features to customers upon delivery of their vehicle.
This position will be a necessary position as customer satisfaction is our number one goal.

Responsibilities Greet and guide clients as they appear on the lot and introduce to a sales person Assist in delivery of customers vehicles During delivery, explain all features to customers of their new vehicle Continuously develop product knowledge to become the vehicle expert.
