Our Auburn Hills, Michigan location is growing and would like to add another motivated Route Driver to their team! We’re looking for an enthusiastic team member who enjoys interacting with customers and delivering top-notch service.
As a Route Driver, you have the important role of being the first point of contact for our clients, collecting secure records and boxes for shredding.

*POSITION DETAILS*
Work schedule: 1st shift, Monday – Friday

Requirements:
* *CDL-B with Air Brakes*: You should have a current CDL-B license with air brake endorsement.
* *DOT Medical Card*: A current DOT medical certificate is needed.
* *Team Player*: We thrive as a team, and your ability to collaborate and communicate effectively is essential.
* *Customer Service Pro*: You have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
* *Physical Stamina*: Be prepared to lift up to 75 lbs.

Your duties will include:
* *Independence and Teamwork*: You’ll strike the right balance between working independently and as part of a team, often with minimal supervision.
* *Secure Collections*: Safely collect secure records, mainly at healthcare sites, by pushing a 96-gal cart and emptying containers throughout the facility.
* *Precise Record-Keeping*: Accurately complete paperwork to ensure proper processing.
* *Warehouse Assistance*: Help out in our warehouse with shredding and baling.
