Our Auburn Hills, Michigan location is looking for a motivated Route Representative to join their team! We’re looking for an enthusiastic team member who enjoys interacting with customers and delivering top-notch service.
As a Route Representative, you have the important role of being the first point of contact for our clients, collecting secure records and boxes for shredding.

*POSITION DETAILS*
Work schedule: 1st shift, Monday – Friday
Hours/week: 45-50
Requirements:
* *CDL-B with Air Brakes*: You will need a current CDL-B license with air brake endorsement.
* *DOT Medical Card*: A current DOT medical certificate is needed.
* *Team Player*: We thrive as a team, and your ability to collaborate and communicate effectively is essential.
* *Customer Service Pro*: You have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
* *Physical Stamina*: Be prepared to lift up to 75 lbs.

Your duties will include:
* *Independence and Teamwork*: You’ll strike the right balance between working independently and as part of a team, often with minimal supervision.
* *Secure Collections*: Safely collect secure records, mainly at healthcare sites, by pushing a 96-gal cart and emptying containers throughout client facilities.
* *Precise Record-Keeping*: Accurately complete paperwork to ensure proper processing.
* *Warehouse Assistance*: Help out in our warehouse with shredding and baling.
