The Team Member will be responsible for collecting garbage, debris and other unwanted items from homes and businesses, ensuring all services are performed safely, efficiently, and with the customer’s satisfaction in mind.
The Team Member should have strong communication and problem-solving skills and enjoy physical labor in an ever-changing work environment.
*Duties and Responsibilities *

* Clean out houses, rental properties, garages, storage units, etc.
of unwanted items, garbage and debris.
* Pick up construction debris, rubble and other trash and dump it in designated areas.
* Follows safety procedures to ensure cleanup is done properly.
* Assists in demolition of small structures with the guidance of a Team Leader.
* Keeps tools and equipment clean and maintained per guidelines.
* Provide excellent customer service both onsite and over the phone.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
* Load vehicles with items removed from premises.
* Assist in unloading of vehicles / trailers at landfill, recycling centers, and donation centers.
* Responsible for filling out required documentation regarding jobs.
* Communicate any necessary information to supervisors as needed.
* Report to work at scheduled times.
* Educate clients about pricing and services.
* Complete Daily Checklists.
* Ability to accurately sort, count, and verify items removed.
* Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
*Education, Experience & Skills:*
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required; ability to pass a background screening; Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Commercial driving experience is a plus.
