Job Summary
Our Junk Removal Drivers are important front-line team members of our business.

Responsibilities
Safely load, transport, and unload customer items in accordance with state and local laws
Serve as the point person in the field for both management and your fellow Luggers
Help maintain trucks and equipment with daily inspections and reporting of any observed issues and truck cleaning
Maintain and reinforce a safety culture at The Junkluggers
Assist in training new hires in subordinate roles
Provide operational support when needed, such as dispatching, work in shop, etc.
Support recruiting of new team members and promote company values
Qualifications
Customer facing job requires: ability to lead 2 person team, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to use company supplied tablet, selling skills, ability and desire to execute jobs efficiently
Attention to detail in understanding truck operation, maintenance, and care
Exhibit a strong safety attitude and be assertive with others when enforcing safety practices and other company policies
Confident and courageous in reporting infractions, accidents, or other issues to management
Ability to work full-time, including some Saturdays
Valid MI Chauffer's driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record
Ability to lift 100 lbs
