Furniture Delivery Driver

Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Well Maintained Vehicles * Safe work environment * Team Work Responsibilities: -Inspect furniture at loadout before leaving warehouse to insure all is in good condition - Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport furniture to customers - Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries - Load and unload products from the vehicle using appropriate equipment - Verify the contents of each delivery against shipping documents and ensure accuracy - Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving Skills: - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Experience driving various types of vehicles, including refrigerated trailers, tractor-trailers, box trucks, etc.
- Proficient in operating manual transmission vehicles - Familiarity with using pallet jacks for loading and unloading - Strong navigational skills and ability to follow GPS directions - Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet delivery deadlines - Ability to provide outstanding customer service and resolve any delivery-related issues Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
