snow plow driver (Waterford)

Looking for a reliable snow plow driver for a small company.
We plow commercial lots in commerce / Farminton / Southfield and end in Waterford .
Truck will be located in Waterford.
F250 with new boss straight blade and salt dogg 2000 in rear.
CDL is highly encouraged and will effect pay rate.
Hours are usually midnight - 8am Truck is located in Waterford and driver was be located 20 mins from Waterford for fast response time.
