Boys' private high school seeking teachers for English 9-12 to join our team! Small classes Standard classrooms The successful candidate will possess a keen understanding of the needs of high school students as well as an appreciation for their common struggles and issues with the subject matter.
Expectations: Maintain high standards of professionalism, demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, implementation of instructional best practices.
Responsibilities include: Prepare materials for lectures and presentations.
Assign, correct and grade assignments, classroom work, and tests and quizzes.
Issue quarterly progress reports and semester report cards.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communication.
