Substantial knowledge of the fundamental and technical aspects of Track
Ability to effectively build a Track program, and development of the athletes in a variety of Track events
Must abide by the Waterford School District Coaches Handbook and overall District athletic philosophy
Essential Functions:
Plan, organize and facilitate practices
Oversee and manage competitions
Assist participants in developing track knowledge and skills
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Work effectively with the entire coaching staff and athletic department
Teach, maintain and enforce character and academic expectations within the program

District Athletic Director and Head Track Coaches
