Cat tower, scratching post (West Bloomfield)

I'm trying to free up some space.
My mother purchased this for my cat around 2001 but my cat passed away a year ago.
The post hasn't been used in probably 3 years, he became arthritic and couldn't climb it anymore.
It's in really nice shape but it does need to be cleaned.
Nothing major in my opinion, but there is some hair in it.
The tower is about 4.
5 feet tall, 2 feet wide and around 18 inches deep.
It was purchased from Pet Supplies Plus when new and I think it was around $150 to $200.
I can't deliver it, my Jeep is too small.
