FREE Sleeper Sofa Couch (Brighton)

I have a nice sleeper sofa that we are no longer using and it needs a new home.
This sofa is in good condition with no rips or tears or funky odors.
It does have a small dirt stain on one of the arms, but I'm sure that will come out with a good cleaning.
I know that the pullout bed has very little use on it (if any).
This thing is fairly heavy, so bring a couple of strong guys and a truck to pick it up.
There are no stairs to climb and it is an easy access out from the walkout basement.
