Kimball piano and bench (clarkston)

Very clean and in great condition.
Not banged up.
Adult home for over 30 years with minimal play the past 3 years.
Plays good but a tune would not hurt.
Sound board is fine, no breaks.
1-2 dead keys at end but I have not investigated the cause, might be something simple.
Foot pedals work and bench is solid.
Just not being used and hoping someone can make use either in a home or school.
Does have wheels but would want to place on carpets to slide/move.
On the 1st floor with only 1 step out into garage.
Heavy to move and you will need a trailer or means to get into and out of a truck.
Not able to help much with loading/moving.
