Immigration Attorney

We are seeking a full-time Associate Immigration Attorney with high level advocacy abilities, writing skills and knowledge of various immigration practice areas and/or other legal experience.
Compensation is negotiable based on demonstrated skills and experience.
*Responsibilities*: · Attend hearings in Immigration Court including Individual Hearings .
Handle client interviews at USCIS, ICE, and other agencies · Conduct jail visits · Prepare clients for hearings · Review applications · Communicate effectively with the client at any stage of the process · Draft motions and briefs as needed · Enter notes into web-based case management system · Other duties as assigned *Qualifications/Requirements*: · 2 years of Immigration or related legal experience preferred · Fluency in the Spanish language preferred · Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills · Strong bilingual communication skills, both written and verbal · Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on teamwork · Ability to multitask and prioritize Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.
00 - $110,000.
