*Responsibilities*
* Coordinate and manage the preparation, assembly, and dispatch of legal correspondence, pleadings, and documents via traditional mail, courier services, or electronic means
* Efficiently manage and maintain attorneys' calendars, scheduling appointments, court appearances, meetings, and deadlines
* Assisting in the preparation and organization of legal documents for court filings and complete filings
* Managing and updating case files, ensuring all relevant documents are organized and accessible
* Collaborating with attorneys to prepare for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
* Assisting with Collections and keeping our systems updated
* Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment
*Qualifications*

* Proficiency with Office 365 and working with numbers
* Direct experience in the legal field supporting multiple attorneys, knowledge of court rules and deadlines, familiarity with legal procedures and protocols, or experience with MiFILE is a plus
*Salary & Benefits*
* Job Type: Full-time
* Salary & Bonus: $40,000-$45,000 annual salary + $2,250 quarterly bonus potential
* Benefits: Medical, dental and vision coverage (BCBS/BCN)
