Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Food provided * Work-from-home days Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff - Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, briefs, and contracts - Assist Family Law Attorney with discovery and trial preparation - Organize and maintain legal files and document - Answer phone calls and handle inquiries with professionalism and discretion - Transcribe dictations and prepare correspondence - Assist with data entry and document management Experience: - Previous experience as a legal secretary or in a similar role preferred - Proficiency in legal administrative procedures and terminology - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation - Familiarity with legal research methods and resources - Ability to interview clients and witnesses to gather information for cases - Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills - Ability to transcribe legal documents accurately Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
