As part of the Firm’s ongoing commitment to compliance and best-level service, we are adding a Client Service Representative to our team.
Responsibilities:
Communicating with clients and or client representatives in accordance with regulatory and compliance standards
Business Data processes and maintenance
Report generation and analysis
Communicating with consumers and or consumer representatives in accordance with regulatory and compliance standards
Skills and Abilities:
Capable of meeting firm and individual goals, while adhering to ethical consumer interaction processes
Work in a team environment while maintaining personal excellence
Strong written and oral communication skills and detail oriented
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a high-volume deadline driven environment
Strong work ethic
Education:
Associates degree preferred
1-2 years of experience with a law firm or legal department a plus
Familiarity with CMR or other data base software for the collection industry a plus
